Establishing Capgemini's
returnship programme

Working in house, Trish was proud to design and deliver Capgemini's first returnship programme Return@Capgemini, which drew on the fantastic talent pool of those returning from a career break.

This six-month paid programme supported colleagues such as those returning from maternity or other leave via mentoring, coaching and peer support, to help them successfully re-enter a workforce designed to be fully supportive of any special needs they might have.
