Establishing Capgemini's
returnship programme

Coming back from a career break can feel like a daunting task, but companies have much to gain from the new skills and perspectives this group of people brings.

Working in house, Trish was proud to design and deliver Capgemini's first returnship programme Return@Capgemini, which drew on the fantastic talentpool of those returning from a career break.

This six-month paid programme supported colleagues such those returning from maternity or other leave via mentoring, coaching and peer support, to help them successfully re-enter a workforce designed to be fully supportive of any special needs they might have.
