Our in-house expertise taps into diverse talent pools, and we work in partnership with a number of specialist recruitment agencies. We also have a proven track record in building new talent programmes to attract returners, refugee internships and apprenticeships.
We design and deliver creative and adaptable inclusive recruitment workshops. We get great feedback, whether these are delivered face to face, through the miracle of online tech, as we're doing with a number of our charity and third sector clients now, or in a series of video podcasts, as we've done with our lovely client Bauer Media.
We run end to end audits of our clients' recruitment processes, helping them analyse where their strengths are, and identifying the gaps which may be letting them down when it comes to hiring diverse talent.
Once we've completed an audit, we provide clear and comprehensive recommendations to our clients to make the changes they need to see. We can either deliver these on our clients' behalf or support their internal teams to implement the changes.
