How does the Elevate Programme work?
Over six months, participants will engage in six 90-minute virtual sessions led by experienced facilitators - who are also seasoned people managers and qualified coaches. This interactive programme covers the fundamentals of leadership, providing practical tools to help managers harness their strengths and effectively support their teams.

Our founder, Trish Driver, is a diversity and inclusion strategist with 20 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion.
