Our founder, Trish Driver, is a diversity and inclusion strategist with over 15 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach, completing her training at Henley Business School, and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion. She was selected for NatWest’s prestigious Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme.
A New Normal is founded on the pillars of Trish’s passion for her subject, genuine expertise, creative problem solving and authenticity.
