Founder and Diversity & Inclusion Strategist
Tricia Driver
Our founder, Trish Driver, is a diversity and inclusion strategist with 20 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion.
A New Normal is built on the pillars of our founder's passion for her subject, creative problem solving and authenticity.

Julie Martins
Julie has over 20 years of corporate experience. She has worked across the full talent management cycle throughout her career; recruitment, succession planning, training, marketing and communications. D&I has remained at the forefront and continues to be her passion.
She works with our clients, supporting them to make their organisations as inclusive and equitable as possible. Julie is an engaging facilitator who combines subject matter expertise and lived experience to start conversations that matter. She believes that a truly inclusive culture empowers people and businesses to thrive.

Graham Herbert
Graham "Herbie" Herbert is a long-standing member of the A New Normal team, whose strengths in coaching and facilitation make him an invaluable part of the team.
Graham is an expert in Unconscious Bias, a strategic leader in learning and development and a qualified Insights Practitioner. He brings a wealth of knowledge and insight in the corporate world, as well as a passion for making inclusion part of all people development conversations.

Trans Equality Expert
Cheryl Morgan
Cheryl is our expert on transgender issues. She is available for training and consultancy services.
Cheryl underwent gender transition in the 1990s. She has lived and worked in Australia and California as well as the UK. Her clients for training work include the NHS, the police and various universities.
Cheryl is also an acknowledged expert on trans history in the ancient world.

Director of Business Operations
Kate Cahn
Kate brings experience from both the corporate world and third sector. She has a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that, externally, we deliver the highest possible quality service to all of our clients, and internally, all operational and financial processes run smoothly. Relationships are important to Kate; she works closely with our clients to ensure their projects are being driven forwards and also enjoys mentoring and coaching both in and outside of work.
Kate is a wearer of many hats; they could include working with the Comms and Creative team, indulging her creative side by inputting to campaigns or uncovering a different way to develop business strategies for A New Normal.

Brian McSweeney
Brian is a valued part of our Advisory Board. An expert in employment law, particularly around grievances and tribunals, his knowledge is absolutely invaluable for the team. We particularly value Brian's pragmatic empathy and compassion in the way he works and the advice he provides.

Gigi Gordon
Gigi is a part of our Advisory Board - a creative genius who dramatically raised our comms game when she was part of our team as our Comms and Creative Manager, she continues to inspire and advise from afar!
Gigi's knowledge and expertise on media and the implication of representation, as well as her creative and design flair are an important part of who we are as a business.

AuDHDer who has spent her career creating inclusive workplace experiences that truly support those who experience the world differently. As an accredited ADHD Works coach, trainer, and content creator, Hel is passionate about celebrating, advocating for, and normalising the AuDHD work experience.

Clare is a qualified career coach with over 10 years of experience, she's passionate about helping individuals reach their professional goals and make the biggest possible impact. Clare has studied behavioural science (UCL, London) and is qualified as an executive coach (Henley Business School). She has worked with people making career transitions as well as those who are keen to drive purposeful change.

Jenny is an integral member of our exceptional facilitation team. She introduced us to the innovative power of Lego® Serious Play® and StrongSuits, sparking creativity and new
perspectives in all her work.
Her approach inspires fresh, dynamic thinking in every aspect of our facilitation. Jenny also brings insights from her recent post-grad in 'The Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing at Work!
