Our Founder

Our founder, Trish Driver, is a diversity and inclusion strategist with over 15 years’ experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors to achieve true culture change – both in-house, and as a consultant. She is a youth mentor and qualified coach, completing her training at Henley Business School, and a regular keynote speaker on all matters diversity and inclusion. She was selected for NatWest’s prestigious Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme.


A New Normal is founded on the pillars of Trish’s passion for her subject, genuine expertise, creative problem solving and authenticity.

Kate Cahn

Our Business Operations Manager

Kate supports us with her ninja-like project management skills, keeping track of all of our client commitments and looking after our business operations. She also runs projects for multiple charity fund-raisers through Across the Divide

Theo Sakyi

Our Social Media Manager

Theo is our marketing and social media guru, so if you're interacting with any of our social channels, it's him on the other end. He shares our passion for social justice, and his role is evolving to keep us focussed on doing as much as we can to create equality of opportunity for everyone.
