Let’s be honest - most people don’t wake up one morning magically knowing how to lead. And yet, so often, brilliant people get promoted and are expected to suddenly have it all figured out. Team dynamics, feedback chats, inclusive decision-making, the works.

That’s why we created Elevate. And it’s why we offer Inclusive Leadership Coaching. Because the right support makes all the difference.


So What Is Elevate?


In short: it’s our six-month flagship programme for new and emerging people managers. In real terms: it’s the thing we wish every manager had before they were handed a team and a big pile of expectations.


Here’s what Elevate brings:

  • A safe space to learn (and unlearn)

  • Tools that actually work in the real world

  • Community—because you shouldn't have to figure it out on your own

  • Space for reflection, honesty and growth

  • Sessions led by people who get it—experienced facilitators and qualified coaches


Who’s it for? Anyone who’s stepping into leadership, navigating new people challenges, or just wants to lead with more confidence and compassion.


What’s involved?

  • Six 90-minute virtual sessions

  • Ongoing support between sessions

  • A peer learning group that gets you

  • Optional one-to-one coaching (because sometimes you need that space just for you)



And What About Inclusive Leadership Education?


You’ve probably heard a lot of buzzwords in this space. We’re not about that.

Our Inclusive Leadership work is grounded, practical, and tailored to your organisation’s actual needs. It’s perfect for leaders who want to do better—but aren’t always sure where to start.


What it looks like:

  • Deep dives into equity, bias and decision-making

  • Safe spaces to explore tricky stuff (we’re good at those)

  • Ongoing coaching support to embed real change
